  Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed there is a 5-day processing time for all premade items. All personable and Create Your Own have a 2-3 week processing time. The shipping service you choose at check out will be the label that is used AFTER it is processed. If you choose expedited shipping, that does not mean it will be processed quicker it only means that the shipping service (USPS or Fed EX) will get it to you within 2 to 3 business days AFTER it has been processed.

Am I able to return my order?
